2. Account Creation, Creator Profiles & Responsibility
To create lock steps, files, or customize your public Creator Page, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials, choosing custom handle slugs, and for all activities that occur under your account profile hash identifier. You agree that your display name, handle, avatar, custom logo, and page configurations will not impersonate other creators, public figures, or brands, and will not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or trademark rights.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use AbcApp to lock, distribute, or display in your branding (including display names, profile logos, and page themes):
- Illegal, malicious, or fraudulent content or assets.
- Malware, viruses, or software intended to harm or exploit users.
- Content, logos, or trademarks that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Deceptive verification pages that violate social platform terms of service.
- Highly offensive, harassing, or inappropriate text or visual assets.
4. Verification Flow & Mock Actions
Our "Sub-to-Unlock" flow verifies visitors' social requirements via redirection timer validation. Creators acknowledge that this verification flow is automated and meant to encourage natural growth; spamming, botting, or trying to manipulate verification mechanisms is strictly prohibited.
5. DMCA & Copyright Policy
AbcApp respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), if we receive a valid copyright infringement claim or notice, we reserve the right to remove, disable access to, or delete the offending content, post, link, or creator account with or without prior notice. Creators agree that we hold no liability for files or links removed due to copyright disputes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account access at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or our business interests.
