We collect information directly from you when you register an account, customize creator profile pages, customize lock steps, or create download configurations. This includes:
- Account and Profile details (display name, email address, profile avatar link, custom branding logos, and color theme preferences).
- Funnel configurations (target destination URLs, video tutorial URLs, and action verification requirements).
2. Visitor Logs & Cookies
For public unlock pages, we collect anonymous traffic statistics (such as clicks, visits, and successful unlocks). We generate a temporary privacy-compliant visitor fingerprint using the visitor's IP address and User-Agent to prevent duplicate action completions. This data is securely hashed and cannot be decrypted to retrieve raw IP information.
We also set local browser cookies and local storage keys (such as `abcapp_visitor_id` and bypass locks) to keep track of completed unlock steps during verification.
3. How We Use Information
Collected information is used exclusively to:
- Manage and provide the services of our Sub-to-Unlock platform, including generating your public Creator Profile Page.
- Deliver detailed dashboard analytics, visitor metrics, and performance charts to link creators.
- Secure the platform from bot abuse, spam, and fraudulent verification activity.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When a visitor completes a step, they are redirected to social media platforms (like YouTube, Telegram, or Instagram). We do not share account credentials or private IP logs with these third parties. Visitors are subject to the privacy policies of those individual social media networks.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data as long as your creator profile remains active. You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated locked links at any time by contacting support.
